John SmithHello! I’m an educator, organizer and philosopher, fueled by learning and making change. This blog is where I record some of my writing about things I love, like: learning, systems, relationships and leadership. My favorite tools are analysis, design and facilitation.

Offline, I am a designer/craftsman of wood tools, furniture and toys. When I have free time, I can be found improvising meals in the kitchen, listening to vinyl and reading on the porch. I would be nothing without my family, including my spouse Jolene Brink and my mother, Margaret Smith.
